Landcare Spring Campout for Young Adults

Come along and join us for this Young Adult Camp out where you will get to meet other like-minded individuals and learn more about the natural environment, whilst also being creative as we will be doing a few nature craft activities!

Activities include:

• Streamwatch – Water bug activity
• Design your nature-inspired tote bag
• Nature walk
• Bushcare
• First Nation education workshop
• Campfire with marshmallows of course!
• Spotlight walk

Food:

• We will supply lunch and dinner (pizza!)
• Please bring your snacks and breakfast for Sunday.
• BYO for the night but responsible drinking is required.

Please bring:

• Sleeping gear such as a tent, sleeping bag, blow-up mattress, and pillow
• Mug/cup, cutlery, plate
• Torch
• Clothes
• Camping chair

Other:

• The exact address will be sent a couple of days before the event.
• Portaloo toilet on site.
• Please wear long sleeves, long pants, closed sturdy shoes, a hat, and sunscreen, and bring a drinking bottle with water (a drinking water tap is available for refills).
• If you are coming via public transport please let us know in the registration form as we may be able to pick you up from nearest bus stop.

On-site training, tools will be provided.

RSVPs are essential, to avoid disappointment please register ASAP.
