About this event

Learn about the amazing life in our harbour by exploring rock pools with marine biologist guides. Get close to the animals that live in the intertidal zones along the Nielsen Park foreshore and learn about their habitat. This family-friendly activity is not to be missed!

Suitable for all ages including children 4 years old & over. Children must be accompanied by an adult. You must book places for both children and adults.

Nielsen Park is part of Sydney Harbour National Park.

What to bring:

  • water
  • hat
  • rain jacket
  • sunscreen
  • enclosed shoes (e.g., old runners that can get wet or enclosed water shoes – NO thongs or sandals)

Registrations are essential for both children and parents/carers to join this event. No large group bookings. Maximum group size 4-5 people.
