Join local talents Michael Bianchino (photographer/musician) and Georgia Cameron (author) for an engaging and interactive presentation filled with live original music, stunning photos, and captivating stories about one of the Cumberland State Forest’s most incredible residents—the Powerful Owl.

Guests will fly away with a wealth of knowledge about this magnificent bird and learn how to support native wildlife and protect their habitats.

Georgia and Michael are regular presenters at the Macquarie University Junior Science Academy, and they will generously donate their appearance fee to Sydney Wildlife Rescue and BirdLife Australia. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn and be inspired!

Join us at our beautiful Discovery Centre at Highforest by Mirvac. There is plenty of free parking available and the Cumberland State Forest is located right next door for a picnic or wander afterwards, so make a morning of it!

Our school holiday program is FREE to attend, but if you’re able, we welcome donations from the Kids with Cancer Foundation hospital-approved list. These items will be delivered to the Kids with Cancer Foundation and included in Care Packs 4 Kids, bringing moments of joy to children undergoing cancer treatment in hospital.
