Inner Westies love their organic fare, and fortunately for them the weekly Organic Food Markets Orange Grove are more than able to not only deliver, but satisfy.

Every Saturday, along with the usual range of organic and conventional foods, there are gourmet goodies from France, Argentina and the like. This is an excellent venue to meet the producers who supply many of Sydney’s leading eateries.

For most shoppers, their Saturday ritual starts with a coffee from either Mayan or Cappuccino Afloat, accompanied by one of Bowen’s famed, and queued patiently for, egg or French pastry.

Hidden treasures are to be found at every turn, such as Kimono (stunning!), Indigo Bazaar specialising in Fair Trade food from around the world (empanada, gozleme, dim sum, cornbread pockets stuffed with South American yum) and the Vegans are amply catered to also!
