About this event
Ever wished you could transform that patch of lawn, neglected verge, or empty balcony into a thriving ecosystem? Now you can.
Join us for a hands-on workshop and learn how to create a pollinator-friendly habitat right on your doorstep. Boosting urban biodiversity is one of the most powerful things you can do to create an eco-friendly garden, and we’ll show you exactly how to get started.
This workshop is for you whether you want to plant on your verge, liven up a balcony, boost pollinators in your backyard, or build community through a shared food garden. We’ll show you how to reduce waste through composting and create a small plot with a big impact!
In this workshop, you will learn:
Get Your Hands Dirty:
This isn’t just a talk! You’ll participate in a practical session, helping to build two beautiful verge garden plots destined for an urban balcony in need of love. Our goal is to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and resources to confidently start your own environmental projects at home.
