About this event

Immerse yourself in the beauty and wonder of the Wildflower Garden. We will bush walk along the Muller Trail to Phantom Falls to learn how to dip net and identify aquatic critters out on the stream.

There will be time to explore the amazing Phantom Falls playing along the stream with new friends.

In the afternoon we will explore the bush trails of the Wildflower Garden to find a suitable spot to build a shelter and complete an art exercise to reflect on the day.

The Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden is one of Sydney’s best kept secrets, set across 123 hectares of unique urban bushland and home to two endangered ecological communities as well as 18 threatened species of flora and fauna. The Wildflower Garden is open to the public all year round and has a range of hikes, step-free walking tracks, picnic areas and heritage venue hire as well as a diverse calendar of environmental education programs.
