About this event
Blue Gum Creek Reserve contains the vegetation community of Cattai Alluvial Tall Forest.
This group has been working along the edge of the creek removing weeds such as Privet and Honeysuckle.
The regeneration occurring in the cleared areas has been remarkable.
Come along and help restore this area! Everyone welcome. No experience necessary.
Where:
Entry is off Blue Gum Road at the fire trail near the causeway. For safety reasons, you must enter from the eastern side (Kenthurst side) and turn right into the fire trail
When:
2nd Sunday of the month 1pm – 4pm
Please note that this group will not meet during periods of heavy rain due to location. Please check with The Hills Shire Council if you are unsure.
