Accuracy of information

Envirotivity’s website features information on events, products, and services provided by third parties. Although we put forth a great effort to ensure that the details contained here are accurate and up-to-date at the time of publication, there may be instances where information is incorrect or has changed since being published. We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, suitability, or reliability of this information, including specific details such as event times and service availability, which may change without warning. It is advised that you personally verify all information with the relevant product or service provider before making any arrangements, such as travel or holiday bookings.

It is essential for users to understand that the third-party information on this site is neither provided nor endorsed by Envirotivity, and all legal relationships are with the third-party supplier. While we may not have checked all third-party content, the information is provided with the understanding that Envirotivity is not offering professional advice on any specific matter.

As far as the law permits, Envirotivity does the following: excludes all warranties and responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information on this website or any linked sites; disclaims all liability and responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may be incurred by any user relying on anything contained in or left out from the website. The use of third-party content is entirely at your own risk, and you must exercise caution and care regarding your use of the site and its content.

If the law does not allow for the exclusion of liability, Envirotivity limits its responsibility to the resupply of the products or services offered by us, such as substituted information on our site or access to our site. We do not cover replacement holidays or other tourism services. The extent of our liability is either the resupply of information or payment for the cost of resupply.

Third Party Content and Endorsement

Featuring a person or organization on this Internet site doesn’t mean Envirotivity endorses them or the information, products, or services they offer. Envirotivity can’t vouch for the accuracy or any other facets of the information given by third parties or found on third-party internet sites. Efforts have been made to ensure proper usage of any copyrighted material, and Envirotivity is open to hearing from parties who think their copyright may have been violated by this publication.

Links to Other Sites

Mentions and links to other internet sites are included strictly for your information and shouldn’t be seen as an endorsement of those sites or the information, views, opinions, or standards they put forth. Envirotivity doesn’t take responsibility for how relevant, accurate, current, or reliable the information on those sites is.

Maps

The maps on this website are meant to be indicative, not definitive. Before making any travel plans, you should consult a proper road map. Though every attempt has been made to make sure the details on the maps were correct at the time of printing, Envirotivity can’t be held responsible for any mistakes or oversights. Just because a road is shown doesn’t necessarily mean the public has a right to use it.
