About this event

Join us for a fun hike through the Balaka Falls Loop at Hunts Creek Reserve as we take part in Birdlife Australia’s annual Aussie Bird Count during National Bird Week (Oct 14-20).

Explore this hidden gem in the heart of urban Sydney, and help us count and identify native bird species in this citizen science project, which aids vital bird conservation efforts. Balaka Falls, a stunning waterfall, is a highlight of the hike. You’ll also get to meet like-minded nature enthusiasts while contributing to a great cause.

Don’t miss out on this Afterwork Adventure, designed to offer you a midweek nature fix without cutting into your weekend!
