Curl Curl Beach Clean Up

Join us for the Curl Curl Beach clean up on the first Sunday of every month from 4pm – 5pm. Together, we can keep our beach and coastal community spotless.

Plastic pollution poses a massive threat to our local marine life, from sea birds to fairy penguins.

By spending just an hour collecting and sorting litter, you will make an immediate, tangible impact on the Northern Beaches ecosystem.Whether you are a local resident, a passionate environmentalist, or just looking to give back while enjoying the sea breeze, everyone is welcome!

Let’s protect what we love. All you have to do is show up!

No registration is needed. As a thank you for your efforts, we’ll be giving out a drink voucher to the clean-up crew!

Meeting Point: Harbord Diggers | Ocean Terrace – There is a Shuttle service to and from Harbord Diggers to Curl Curl Beach.

Shuttle Pick up – 4pm at Harbord Diggers Lumsdaine drive.
Return Shuttle – 4.45pm pick up from Curl Curl Beach where dropped off.
Free 6hr parking at Harbord Diggers

OR Participants are welcome to meet at Curl Curl Beach. Please be aware of parking restrictions. Alternatively, Harbord Diggers offers free parking while you clean up!

Post-Clean-Up: Join us at Harbord Diggers after the session, where Surfrider will display the rubbish everyone collected and measure the impact of the pollution collected from our shorelines. Anyone who also participated in the beach clean up with get a free drink voucher as a thank you!
