About this event
Celebrate National Bird Week and come along on a guided birdwatching walk with a local bird expert to see how many birds you can find!
The old scribbly gums and dense understorey plants in the surrounding environment provides a home for many birds which are seen in our local gardens. Such a variety of habitats in a small area ensures that we will see many different bird species on this early morning walk. We will also discuss the local Bushcare group at Elizabeth Chaffey reserve and how you can help them restore key bird habitat. The event will consist of a guided bird walk run by bird expert Andrew, and a catered breakfast.
Meeting Point – park at Kings Road Castle Hill, approx. 99 Kings Road on corner, meet at Elizabeth Chaffey Reserve
