Bushcare: Join Us for a Morning

Spend a morning caring for local bushland in a relaxed, welcoming environment. This beginner-friendly session is a great opportunity to experience Bushcare, whether you’re looking for a rewarding one-off activity or simply want to see what it’s all about. No experience is needed. Council staff and experienced Bushcare volunteers will provide all training, tools and equipment and morning tea is included. Please wear enclosed shoes, long pants and a hat and bring a water bottle. In the case of heavy rain or severe weather, the session will be canceled and registered attendees notified. Meeting location: Sunday 6 September – Mashman’s Quarry Reserve, Yalunga Place, St Ives. Wednesday 23 September – Caley’s Pavilion, Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden, 420 Mona Vale Road, St Ives.
