Is that a bee, a fly, or a wasp? Let’s find out!

Join Amelie Ecology for a fun and interactive workshop where you’ll learn how to tell the difference between Australia’s most common pollinators. Discover how to identify bees, flies, wasps, and more, and become a Citizen Scientist!

You’ll gain skills to confidently take part in your own pollinator count during Australian Pollinator Week (November) or anytime throughout the year.

The session includes:

  • A hands-on citizen science activity
  • Pollinator ID tips and techniques
  • A free take-home Learner’s Guide to Insect Pollinators

All ages welcome. Perfect for nature lovers, families, and budding scientists!

Location:

Edwards Park, Concord. Meet at the Woody Meadows at the corner of Spring and Brewer Streets. In the event of rain, participants will be advised of an alternative indoor location.

This workshop will he hosted on Friday, 3 October and Saturday, 15 November. Come to one or both!
