About this event
A guided tour to view and discuss the design ethos of Marion and Walter Griffin.
What was it that inspired these two brilliant architects in the early 1920’s? Join Adrienne Kabos, founding member of the Walker Burley Griffin Society on a walk through a section of Castlecrag. Enjoy learning about the architecture, reserves and walkways that make this suburb so special. A leisurely walk with some steep steps. Wear a hat, good walking shoes and bring water.
Meet at 136 Edinburgh Road, Castlecrag.
**Please note Willoughby’s bush walking tracks are uneven, steep and slippery in sections. All tracks contain trip hazards and walkers should be confident of their own balance and stability.
