Clean Up Lake Illawarra – Lakeside Drive

Small plastics and rubbish are building up along the foreshore of Lake Illawarra, harming wildlife and spoiling this beautiful place we treasure.

Wollongong City Council invites you to be part of the solution and together, we will target these plastics and make a real difference.

To thank volunteers, there will be a coffee van on-site – fill a bag of plastics and enjoy a free coffee, on us!

Bags will be supplied, and gloves will be available to borrow on the day, but please bring your own gloves if possible.

Parking is available at Kanahooka Lakeside Park, carpark.

The clean up meeting point will be on the grass near the carpark
