About this event

Gurbuchi is kombucha, brewed the Aboriginal way, with wild harvested native ingredients including Guradji. In this hands on workshop, Guringai man and environmental scientist Jesse Lore guides you through the brewing process, blending traditional Aboriginal fermenting practices with Manchurian kombucha techniques. You’ll go home knowing how to make and flavour your own brew. Jesse has spent over 30 years connecting people to Country and culture through native foods with his business LORE Australia.
