About this event

It’s never too early to start learning about how to protect the planet by eliminating waste!

Children aged 3 to 7 are invited to Menai Library for this In the Bin Workshop to discover the benefits of avoiding waste, recycling, composting, reusing and sharing.

Children will be introduced to the waste services in the Sutherland Shire area, as well as the concept of a circular economy and how it can help minimise waste and emissions from landfill.While we welcome you to the library, please note:

You must be a Sutherland Shire resident to attend
Suitable for children aged 3 to 7 years old
Bookings are essential
Each child needs a ticket

This event is in collaboration with Sutherland Shire Waste Services and Sutherland Shire Libraries.
