About this event
Want to use nature to create a sustainable garden at home? Come along to this presentation for an introduction to permaculture principles and design.
Permaculture (Permanent Agriculture) is a word originally coined by Bill Mollison and David Holmgren in the mid-70s to describe an ‘integrated, evolving system of perennial or self-perpetuating plant and animal species useful to man’.
Co-founder of the Permaculture Sydney South Group joins us with a friendly talk to an introduction of the principles of Permaculture and garden design. Three main topics covered will be sector analysis, zones, and site analysis. Matt will also answer questions during the session. A must event for gardeners and those interested in sustainable living.
