Lake Parramatta Reserve, North Parramatta NSW 2151, Australia
About this event
Step away from the weekly hustle and immerse yourself in one of Parramatta’s most scenic natural sanctuaries!
Lake Parramatta Reserve is home to vital remnant bushland, mature blue gums, and iconic native wildlife including Powerful Owls, Sugar Gliders, and echidnas.
By joining our friendly Lake Parramatta Bushcare team, you’ll work hands-on to remove invasive weeds, plant native flora, and help restore fragile wildlife habitats right along the lake’s edge. It’s a rewarding, fresh-air outdoor experience where you can learn practical bush regeneration skills while connecting with like-minded locals.
No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and love for nature. Come make a visible, lasting impact on our local environment and help keep Lake Parramatta thriving for generations to come!
