Learn how to make your own fermented foods!
Permaculture teachers, Vera and Greg from Permaculture Sydney West, will show you how to make yoghurt, kimchi and kombucha. You will learn the benefits of fermented foods to feed your gut microbes, make foods last longer which reduces food waste, and how to save money by making your own fermented foods.
Dinner will be provided so bookings are essential (only 30 tickets available). Let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
Open to everyone, not just Lane Cove residents.

We normaly get 40-60% of participants not showing up to our workshops after registering.
To reduce this, and allow those on the waitlist to join in your place, please let us know ASAP if you cannot make the workshop. This also ensures we can adjust our catering to reduce food waste.
