Platypus Playdate

You and your kids will get the chance to engage in some fun activities!

We will be reading a short story, learning what other animals live in and around the creek with the platypus!

Things get super interesting as we play the educational activity “pin the parts on the platypus”. We will learn all about the body parts of the animal and what they can do.
Our young minds will get creative, making our own colorful platypus drawing! After these fun activities we will play a game called “clean the creek”.

This event will be on Friday 9th of August at 10:00am-11:30am.

We will meet at the Community Environment Centre on Currie Avenue, Annangrove. This is where we can begin our morning of fun and learning !

Please note:

• This is a great activity for children ages 2 – 10 years!
• Ticket prices: Adults FREE and Children $12.50 (Register for tickets now!)
• Covid19 Precaution: Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell to keep others safe.
