About this event

Step into the pristine, natural amphitheatre of Vineyard Creek Reserve and help restore a historical sanctuary for wildlife!

Spanning diverse habitats from Sydney Turpentine-Ironbark Forest to gallery rainforests, Vineyard Creek is a vibrant ecological oasis in Telopea and Oatlands.

By joining the Vineyard Creek Bushcare group, you’ll participate in removing invasive vines, nurturing native groundcovers, and regenerating creekline habitats that shelter native frogs and woodland birds. Guided by expert officers, you’ll learn native plant identification and ecological restoration techniques in a supportive community atmosphere.

It’s a rewarding Saturday morning outdoor activity that reconnects you with nature while protecting Parramatta’s natural history. Come join the team and leave a lasting green legacy for the local community!
