About this event
This popular four-hour 30-minute (6 km), moderately challenging bushwalk in the upper valleys of Lane Cove National Park showcases a rich variety of birdlife and wildflowers.
Learn about the life and times of Marie Byles with a morning tea break at the Hut of Happy Omen at Ahimsa.
Walk Grade: 3 (moderately challenging) – Sections of trail are hilly, steep and rough, with the occasional shallow creek crossing. More information about walk grades.
Suitability: Adults and older teens (16-19 years) with a little bushwalking experience and a moderate level of fitness.
Supervision: Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note:
It might be worth bringing a spare pair of socks as some of the creek crossing may get your feet wet.
