Nature appreciation bushwalk

Interact with the natural environment and try forest bathing activities.

On this short bushwalk beside Lane Cove River, we will try a variety of nature therapy practices designed to engage the senses and promote relaxation. We will discuss the key principles of forest bathing with the hope that everyone goes away with more tools to calm the mind while walking.

Note: some sections of the walk are uneven and steep.

Bring a hat and an open mind.
