Beecroft Reserve Bushwalk

All guided bushwalks are for Hornsby Shire residents only.

This area of bushland, surrounded by residential development and bisected by the M2 motorway, has somehow managed to survive and provides a unique window into what much of the area was once like. We will learn the names of some of the most common native plants and spot a bird or three. Who knows what other locals we’ll meet!

Walk grade: 2.5 (easy to moderately challenging).
Suitability: This walk contains a few sections of trail that are rough and some stairs. It is suitable for adults and teenagers (13-19 years) with no bushwalking experience and a basic to moderate level of fitness. Not suitable for children.
Supervision: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note: For those traveling by train, the meeting point is a 16-minute (1.3 km) walk from Beecroft Station.
