The Mindful Living Expo

The Mindful Living Expo is a health and wellness event that will take place on February 14-15, 2026, at the Rosehill Gardens in Sydney. The event offers free entry for visitors.

The expo is Western Sydney’s “mega wellness event” and focuses on holistic living, mindful lifestyle, and personal well-being. The event is designed to help attendees “nourish, align, and evolve” through various experiences, workshops, and exhibitors.

Workshops & Talks: Learn from wellness leaders about meditation, mental health, nutrition, and self-care. Renowned psychic medium Florence King and speaker Leanne Zaccar are among the featured presenters.

Exhibitor Stalls: Explore over 80 exhibitors offering organic products, holistic therapies, sustainable living solutions, and various wellness brands like Nature’s Nectars and Moringa Premium Cosmetics.

Interactive Sessions: Participate in live yoga sessions, mindfulness circles, and other demonstrations.
