About this event
Come and join us down at Marina Crescent (4th Sunday of the month 1:00pm-4:00pm) for a fun afternoon of bush regeneration in the rainforest and enjoy a coffee and cake.
The Marina Crescent Bushland at Gymea Bay is a unique pocket of Littoral Rainforest bushland. It is a special place with diverse fauna and flora species, including the endangered powerful owl.
Every 4th Sunday of the month, the group gets together for a fun morning of weeding, planting, being outdoors and sharing environmental knowledge. It’s a great way to meet your neighbours and be a part of the local community. Volunteering just a few hours of your day a month, can make such a difference to the bushland.
