About this event
A fun bushwalk with interesting facts and activities about local animals.
Our local species are fascinating. Walk through the beautiful bushland alongside the Lane Cove River while learning about a wide variety of animals. Which bird has an undulating flight pattern, what fish migrate in and out of the river and what insects are high up in the canopy? Bring a snack and a drink.
Suitable for children aged 5 years and over.
**Please note: Willoughby’s bush walking tracks are uneven, steep and slippery in sections. All tracks contain trip hazards and walkers should be confident of their own balance and stability.
Meet in the Rotary Athletic Field car park. Western end of Mowbray Road, Lane Cove North.
