About this event

Clothes Swap Party – Refresh Your Wardrobe, Sustainably!

Ready to refresh your wardrobe and make a positive impact on the planet? Join us for a fun, fashion-forward Clothes Swap Party where you can swap, save, and support sustainable living.

Swapping clothes is an awesome way to breathe new life into your wardrobe without supporting fast fashion. You’ll not only give your old clothes a second chance but also help reduce textile waste. It’s a win-win!

  • Check-in: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
  • Swap Time: 2:15pm – 3:15pm

Here’s how it works:

  1. Register for the event: Spots are limited, so be sure to register early to secure your place!
  2. Bring up to 6 items: Gather your pre-loved clothes that are still in good condition. Bring a mix of tops, pants, dresses, jackets, accessories, or anything else you think someone else might love.
  3. Check-in (1:00 – 2:00pm): On the day of the event, check in at the registration desk. For each item you bring, you will receive a token. This token is your “currency” for selecting items during the swap.
  4. Swap Time (2:15– 3:15pm): After check-in, you’ll have one hour to browse through the clothes others have brought. Each token allows you to “swap” one item of your choice. You can use your tokens on anything you like! If you have leftover tokens, feel free to share them with fellow swappers.
  5. Leftovers: At the end of the event, any unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity, helping them find new homes.

What to bring:

  • Clean, gently used clothing in good condition.
  • Tops, shirts, blouses, jackets.
  • Pants, jeans, skirts, dresses, suits.
  • Belts, bags, scarves, shoes, accessories.
  • Clothing in all sizes and for all genders are welcome.

What NOT to bring:

  • Items that are stained, torn, or worn out.
  • Underwear, swimwear, or sportswear.
  • Dirty, damaged, or unclean clothes.
  • Shoes or items with significant faults.

Please note that we have a quality screening process at our events. Only items that meet the required condition will be accepted for swapping. Any items that don’t meet the criteria will not be included in the swap.

Why swap?

  • Save money. Refresh your wardrobe for Free!
  • Be eco-friendly. Reduce textile waste and help fight fast fashion.
  • Community support. Meet other fashion lovers and contribute to a sustainable movement.
  • Give clothes a second life. Your unwanted items can become someone else’s treasure.
