Did you know that 6 tonnes of clothing are thrown out every 10 minutes? Let’s slow this down and have fun at the same time!
Hornsby Shire Council invites you to bring along clothes you value but no longer wear to exchange for those you will.
Participants are encouraged to bring 8 garments or accessories to exchange using buttons as currency. Participants can take 1 item for each button they receive and there are swap volunteers to assist.
All events hosted by the Waste Management Branch are held at accessible council venues.
Free to Hornsby Shire Residents. Light refreshments will be provided.
