About this event

Discover the healing power of Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) with CVA at Hawthorne Reserve in Ramsgate!

Join us in a nature-filled celebration of Mental Health Month for a nurturing and rejuvenating event at the beautiful Hawthorne Reserve. Led by certified expert Forest Therapy Guides, Daniel and Alex, this special gathering is designed to enhance your mental well-being through the art of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, a peaceful Japanese practice.

Shinrin Yoku has been proven to provide a host of mental health benefits, including reduced stress, increased mindfulness, and a renewed sense of emotional resilience. It’s a win-win for nature and people, connecting us to the beauty of our surroundings and reminding us of the importance of preserving urban natural spaces. They’re not just home to our native wildlife, but a haven for our well-being too.

As a symbol of your personal commitment to mental wellness and nature conservation, each participant will receive a native plant to take home.

We’re excited to welcome you and share this transformative experience that will inspire immediate action towards a healthier, happier you, and a deeper connection to our beautiful natural environment.

Come be part of this unique adventure with our vibrant, growing community, where we’re placing nature at the heart of everything on our shared journey towards a better world.

Limited spaces available!
