About this event

Immerse yourself in the serene magic of a Forest Bathing experience.

Where the hustle and bustle of everyday life melts away as you step onto a tranquil forest path. In this guided journey, known as “Shinrin-yoku” or Forest Bathing, you’ll awaken your senses to the breathtaking beauty around you—towering trees, lush rainforest, and the soothing sound of the Hacking River.

This Japanese practice invites you to “bathe” in the atmosphere of nature, breathing in its healing benefits. With every step, the stresses of modern life fade as you connect deeply with the vibrant landscape.

Science backs what nature lovers have long known: Forest’s are Therapy! – When you are guided by a certified guide, they can reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure, and improve your overall well-being. Led by our internationally accredited Forest Therapy Guide with over 10 years of experience, this gentle forest bathing walk is designed to help you connect deeply with nature. Through mindfulness exercises, calming breathing techniques, and sensory awareness activities, you’ll experience the soothing power of the natural world.

This rejuvenating experience, will explore a path lined with tall Eucalypts, graceful palms, and striking Gymea Lilies, all while finding a sense of calm and clarity only nature can provide.
