HarbourCare x Clean Up Australia Day

Help us clean up well-loved parks and bushland, all while enjoying a beautiful bushwalk. Clean-ups are a great way to bring the community together, raise awareness, and start the conversation about reducing litter at the source.

Clean Up Australia Day is celebrating 35 years of encouraging the protection of our local environment, with over 22 million people joining in! Get involved with Lane Cove Council’s popular HarbourCare program whilst contributing to the huge country-wide efforts of Clean Up Australia Day this March.

All ages welcome, low – moderate fitness required. Registration required.

Bags, gloves and litter pickers provided.

BYO water and snack.

Please wear enclosed footwear and sun-smart clothing.

Please do not attend on the day if you are feeling unwell or have any cold/flu symptoms.

The event will commence from Blackman Park, Lane Cove West and progress around the foreshore and bushland surroundings before returning to our starting location.
