About this event
Following on from the success of last years’ event, we invite the community to join us for a free, insightful walk and talk about living in harmony with trees.
You will be led by a qualified arborist through Tambourine Bay Park and into Warraroon Reserve, learning about the benefits, common myths and fun facts about trees as well as which species to plant where.
Meet at Tambourine Bay Park by 9am, where our walk and talk will commence, before wandering along the bush track through Warraroon Reserve. There will be time for Q&A at the end.
Moderate fitness advised, but the walk will be slow and easy.
Please BYO reusable water bottle and snack.
Spaces limited and bookings essential.
For any questions please contact Council’s Backyard Habitat Officer at [email protected] or 9911 3654
