Mon Moment Magique workshop

On Saturday 9th May, we’ll be gathering for a special Mon Moment Magique workshop around the theme of love and connection.

In a gentle, nurturing and heart-led space, children and their grown-ups will be invited to explore:

• The many ways we can express love through kids yoga, mindful art and creative play
• Discovering the shape and meaning of the heart in a playful, age-appropriate way
• Feeling and sharing affection in a mindful way with a special breathing exercise created by my 5-year-old daughter and magic assistant
• Moments of connection through gentle games, presence and attention
• Gratitude for one another through a guided meditation and a shared story

There will also be a few little surprises along the way, and something special for the children to take home.

For children 3 to 11 years old and their mum. Dads are welcome to come along too.

A gentle celebration of love, to share and treasure together.
