About this event

What to expect

This workshop is ideal for Bushcare volunteers who want to improve their plant identification knowledge. All welcome!

You will learn:

  • basic plant anatomy and taxonomy;
  • overview of 3 common plant families and their traits;
  • how to key out an unknown plant;
  • useful botanical terms and resources.

What to bring

Notepad & pen, keep cup (morning tea will be provided). Please wear closed shoes and sun protection.

The workshop on 8 September will be held at Dampier’s Clearing.
