About this event

We’ll walk around the trees near Redleaf Beach and Blackburn Gardens at Double Bay to discover exotic trees from the Himalayas, China and Brazil along with local natives and some giants from the tropics of Queensland. These trees are part of our Double Bay Tree Trail.

Our experienced arborists will then share tips and advice to help you select, plant and care for trees in your yard.

Who should attend? Anyone interested to learn about the history of our significant trees in Double Bay and local residents interested to select and care for trees in their yard.

Note: The walk around Redleaf includes several sets of stairs.

Meeting point: We’ll meet on the lawn outside the Woollahra Council Chambers building, looking over the harbour.
