About this event
Children visiting the Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens these school holidays are invited to delve deep into our world’s most ancient ecosystems.
Wander through the remnant cool temperate Rainforest and be amazed by the towering coachwood, sassafras and tangled vines. Discover the magical and intriguing world of mosses and liver warts and what they need to survive, before creating your own unique rainforest in a jar.
Who: Children Ages 5 – 12 years
Where: Meet at the Waratah Education Centre Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah
When: 2nd and 9th October 2024 | 10.30am-12pm
Cost: $25 per participating child | $23 for Foundation and Friends members
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purchase of a ticket online is final. Participants are required to bring a soft or hard copy of their online booking confirmation to the activity.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation of tickets purchased online.
A request for a date change can be made in writing no less than 72 hours prior to the program commencement time. The new event date must be within one month of the original booking date. Approval of a date change is at the discretion of the BGoS.
