About this event

Join us in celebration of NAIDOC Week at Hawthorne Reserve for a day of learning and culture sharing, out in nature with Koori Kinnections Educator, Jess Sinnott.

Yuin and Wailwan woman Jess is the Founder/Managing Director of Koori Kinnections – a 100% Aboriginal owned and operated Cultural Education business, offering education programs, workshops and tours.

You will have the opportunity to join a guided tour through the wetlands to learn about Aboriginal culture and connecting to country.

Enjoy a Bushfood tasting and take home your very own native edible plant sourced from Indigigrow- 100% Aboriginal owned native plant nursery in La Perouse.

All welcome, we hope to see you there!

Please note, all children must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
